Reservation Policies

o Reservations: They are to be made as soon as possible to ensure availability. Please know our confirmations and rejections are sent via email. Please reach out if you are unsure of the status. We do always have a waitlist if needed- just ask to be put on it! 
o No walk-in’s as of August 2021 (please always call or email or request online)
o Holidays: All Major holidays accrue an extra $10 per day/night and per dog/cat. 

Martin Luther King: Friday Jan 14^th – Monday Jan 17^th.  

Presidents Day Weekend & Ski Week: Friday February 18^th - Monday February 28^th.

Spring Break: Friday April 8^th- Monday 18^th.

Memorial Weekend: Friday May 27^th - Monday May 30^th,

4^th Of July Weekend: Friday July 1^st -Tuesday July 5^th,

Pioneer Day Weekend: Friday July 22^nd- Monday July 25^th,

Labor Day: Friday September 2^nd – Monday September 5^th,

Fall Break/UEA Weekend: Thursday October 13^th- Sunday October 16^th, 

Veterans Weekend: Friday November 11^th- Monday November 14^th.

Thanksgiving Break: Tuesday 22^nd- Monday November 28^th, 

  Winter & New Year’s Break: Friday December 16^th- Tuesday January 2^nd 2023

*A deposit is required upon booking ANY Holiday boarding reservation/s on dates above*

o Cancellations: Please communicate with us if you need to cancel as soon as possible. There are no cancellation fees outside of the listed holiday dates. If you do not show up within 48 hrs. of your check in date, the reservation will be deleted. 

“Owner must cancel at least 72 hours before their stay to receive a FULL refund of the holiday deposit. All holiday deposits will be nonrefundable within 72 hours of said reservation.”

o We are closed to the public on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Drop offs and pick ups will not be allowed. Please arrange to come a day before or after. All other holidays we are open to the public with regular business hours and drop off and pick up times.
