What vaccinations do my dog(s)/cat(s) need?

We require that all dogs boarding and daycare at our facility are up to date on the Bordetella, DHPP/DA2PP, and Rabies.

Our cat boarders must be up to date on their Rabies and FVRCP.

You can email records to us before arrival, bring them with upon arrival but plan to stay a little longer as we verify those records. Or provide us with your vet on your profile so we can call ahead of time and get those records.

Do you meet with my pets and myself prior to their stay?

We meet all new dogs and clients during the check in process . We will also ask you some general questions so that we can get
to know our guests a little bit better, their routine for feeding and/or any special requirements that needed  to be provided during the stay.

All day care dogs are also given a temperament test in which we make sure your dog is ready to socialize
with our other guests in the day care areas. Day care dogs will be grouped into play areas that best match
their size, temperament, and play style.

What if I don't want my pet to play with others?

No problem! Regardless of the reason, guests may remain in one of our suites during the day and will be well taken care of, including being taken out for one-on-one time with a staff member. During that time they play fetch, or roam the yard, or bask in the sunshine- this ensures your pet is able to be out and about throughout the day. They get the same amount of love and attention as the group play pets.

What should I bring for my pets during their stay?

We want to make sure pets are as comfortable as possible, we do provide beds, blankets, and toys and treats. NO LARGE/XL BEDS OR BEDDING.

It is our experience that dogs are very sensitive to new food, so it is our recommendation that you bring the food they are used to eating.
Of course, we carry our own food in case you forget for an extra charge.

What are your policies regarding dogs from the same family?

We will always keep dogs from the same household together, unless otherwise instructed. It is our
experience that dogs from the same family like to remain together throughout their stay, whether in the
play areas or in the same suites.

May I bring my dog’s bed and bowls?

You may prefer to leave bowls at home as we use our own stainless steel bowls at the resort. If your pet requires a slow feeder you are welcome to bring it along, but we can’t guarantee their condition upon checkout.

How often will you feed my dog?

Unless otherwise instructed, we feed our Resort boarding guests twice a day, at 8:00 AM and at 3:00 PM.
Day care guests are fed according to your instructions.

Will you give my dogs their medications?

We can give most forms of medication as specified. Please make sure all medications are clearly labeled
and dosage instructions are included. However we are not allowed to take any pets who have medication that needs to be given at hours we are closed.

What are your payment and pick-up policies?

We accept all major credit cards. NO CASH PAYMENTS! Payment is due upon checkout. If payment is not made, pets will be held until payment can be made. We will NOT release any dog to anyone other than the owner unless specifically authorized by the owner upon check-in. Payment still must be made upon checkout and any individuals picking up pets and who not the registered owner must show ID.

What happens in case of an emergency?

In the event that we need to discuss something with you, we will call immediately unless instructed
otherwise. We have an open approach to handling all situations and are committed to ensuring that you
and your pets enjoy a memorable experience with us. In the event that medical assistance is needed,
we are associated with Park City Animal Clinic which is capable of performing any surgical or non-surgical
procedure. We also can transport your pet to your preferred veterinarian should the situation allow us to do so;
please let us know if you have a preferred veterinarian upon check-in.

  • "I would never board my cat anywhere else! My cat is a Bengal who definitely has special needs. Dave and the team spoiled him absolutely rotten during his lengthy stay with them when we went on vacation. I had never boarded him in his life (he's 12), so I was nervous. The team took such great care of him, I simply couldn't believe how relaxed he was when I came to get him! Thanks for all you do!"
  • "My dog Charlie has been boarded twice for 5 days each time at the resort. We have been very happy with the service. He seems healthy and happy when we pick him up. The facility is very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the resort."
