Reservation Policies

o Reservations: They are to be made as soon as possible to ensure availability. Please know our confirmations and rejections are sent via email. Please reach out if you are unsure of the status. We do always have a waitlist if needed- just ask to be put on it! 
o No walk-in’s as of August 2021 (please always call or email or request online)
o Holidays: All Major holidays accrue an extra $10 per day/night and per dog/cat. 

Martin Luther King: Jan 14th – Jan 17th.  

Presidents Day Weekend & Ski Week: February 18th - February 28th.

Spring Break: April 7th- 17th.

Memorial Weekend: May 26th - May 30th,

4th Of July Weekend: July 1st -July 5th,

Pioneer Day Weekend:  July 21nd- July 25th,

Labor Day: September 1st– September 5th,

Fall Break/UEA Weekend: October 19th- Sunday October 23rd, 

Veterans Weekend: November 10th- November 13th.

Thanksgiving Break: November 21st - November 27th

  Winter & New Year’s Break: December 15th- January 2nd 2024

*A deposit is required upon booking ANY Holiday boarding reservation/s on dates above*

Cancellations: Please communicate with us if you need to cancel as soon as possible. There are no cancellation fees outside of the listed holiday dates. If you do not show up within 48 hrs. of your check in date, the reservation will be deleted. 

“Owner must cancel at least 72 hours before their stay to receive a FULL refund of the holiday deposit. All holiday deposits will be nonrefundable within 72 hours of said reservation.”

o We are closed to the public on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Drop offs and pick ups will not be allowed. Please arrange to come a day before or after. All other holidays we are open to the public with regular business hours and drop off and pick up times.
